Apple bites Blog!
Apple Computer was granted a preliminary injunction this morning by Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge James Kleinberg compelling two "insider" blogs ( www.power page.org and www.appleinsider.com) to produce the sources for their revelations regarding secret Apple projects. The company also filed a separate suit against a third blog (www.thinksecret.com) in January, but has not had a hearing as of yet in that matter. If Apple can compel the production of sources who may have disclosed trade secret information in violation of an NDA, why not compel neocon columnist Robert Novak to reveal which Bush senior administration official illegally disclosed the identity of a CIA undercover operative (presumably a far more serious crime than disclosing details about a product under development)?
