Epinion founders sue VC's

Some of the founders of Epinion have sued their VC's and investment bankers (as well as some co-founders)...this on the heels of the recent settlement of the Nishan case (another founder sued his VC's, bankers and BOD members over self dealing in their acquisition by McData) makes for good table talk at Buck's. Historically entrepreneurs have not taken action against the investment community for the obvious reasons. But the times, they are a' changing?
