Tesla Founder Litigation Has Happy Ending!

The lawsuit filed several months ago by Martin Eberhard against Tesla and Elon Musk has been reportedly resolved with kind words all the way round. A big change in the communications as between the parties for the last 2 years...which have been, to say the least, somewhat bitter. Hopefully Messr's Eberhard and Musk are now on the same page and looking to consolidate Tesla's finances and get the anticipated Model S sedan onto showroom floors.
