The latest version of Firefox has surpassed IE9 in half the time - does that make it twice as good or just twice as popular? As the cited VentureBeat article states: "The news also further emphasizes the fact that Firefox’s big browser competitor this time around is Google Chrome, not IE9. Chrome has been steadily growing in popularity over the last few years, thanks in large part to its fast browsing engine, while Firefox’s market share has fallen. Hopefully this new Firefox won't have the same tendency to hang when popups open from permitted sites...
