Facebook litigants still not friended...

It appears that the dispute surrounding the origins of Facebook is headed for closure despite the best efforts of the heavily lawyered Winklevoss twins. Apparently they contend that they were mislead as to the value of Facebook stock at the time of their 2008 settlement. Hard to imagine Jerry Falk being happy making that argument to the 9th Circuit...
