Current CEO Elon Musk ruminates on the lawsuit filed by company founder Martin Eberhard in
this Tesla blog. The very lengthy
complaint filed by Eberhard goes into mind numbing detail as to its claims of libel and slander, but is most intriguing in its novel argument that a failure to identify a "founder" of a company - even one who has been fired under a cloud - is actionable. Should be interesting to see how this evolves over the next 5 - 7 years.
